Return Policy for Clothing and Accessories

At Unknown Enduro Project, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your clothing or accessory item, we offer a hassle-free return policy. 1. Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the clothing or accessory item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please note that certain items, such as underwear or swimwear, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

 

2. Timeframe for Returns:
You may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date. After this timeframe, we will not be able to accept returns or process refunds. Please ensure that you initiate the return process within the specified timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization. You can reach us by email or phone, and our team will guide you through the return process.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Include the return authorization number on the package.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Refunds and Exchanges:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. If the item is eligible for a refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you prefer to exchange the item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective clothing or accessory item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
